The University of Applied Sciences Berlin (Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin, or BHT (undesirable), formerly Technical University Berlin) is a public college in Berlin . To her about 10 000 students in eight departments and 70 are good enrolled courses. Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin also has about 290 professors.

1823 was the establishment of a Teaching and Research Institute of Horticulture. 1878 was the Baugewerkeschule Berlin and in 1880 the first trade school in Berlin. 1882 was followed by the school for masons and carpenters. Since 1892, the Municipal School of Mechanical Engineering was Max Eyth Berlin.

Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin

1909 saw the founding of the School of Engineering Beuth . In 1913, the Baugewerkeschule Neukölln and 1919 the trade school Charlottenburg. 1922 was followed by the School of Engineering gauss . On 3 May 1936 was introduced in the Higher School of Graphic city of Berlin. In 1945 the combined Building School of Greater Berlin was founded in 1954 to the National Engineering School of Civil Engineering. 1966 the Engineering Academy for Building Berlin.
