British Columbia Institute of Technology
The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) is an institute of technology in Burnaby, British Columbia. It provides full- and part-time polytechnic education leading to certificates, diplomas, bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees in technologies and trades.

Schools of BCIT:
Programs and courses at BCIT are provided by six schools. They are:

- School of Construction and the Environment
- School of Health Sciences
- School of Manufacturing, Electronics and Industrial Processes
- School of Transportation
BCIT has five campuses:

3. Marine Campus
4. Aerospace Technology Campuses
5. Great Northern Way Campus
BCIT is administered by a Board of Governors, under the authority of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology.
BCIT’s Education Council sets policies, criteria and procedures relating to awards, academic standing, appeals, examinations and curriculum content, and advises the Board on a variety of educational policies.
