The Burg Giebichenstein Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle (Castle Hall) is an art school in Halle an der Saale . The English name is Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle. Burg Giebichenstein Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle has its seat on the Giebichenstein above the right bank hall on the northern border (arts campus) and at the east of the mill race Neuwerk (Campus Design).

Today’s art school Giebichenstein goes to the Commercial character and craft school in the town hall back. This school was built in 1879 by merging the existing since 1852 provincial trade school hall and the existing Industrial Drawing School since 1870.
