Causes of Skin Problems

- The detergent effects of shampoo around the feet in the shower might lead to totally unexpected problems such as ringworm
- Excessive use of soap and over-showering can aggravate skin problems and increase the need for a deodorant, which in turn may cause a ‘Dermatitis’
- The overuse of shampoo can actually damage your hair and makes your hair dry and lifeless. So, don’t shampoo your hair daily
- Antiperspirants and deodorants may cause allergies
- Toners, tonics, astringents, scrubbers and cleansers can do more harm than good to the skin. So, use homemade/herbal things more
- Aftershave and other alcohol-based astringents can also be harmful
- Air-conditioning could also be damaging your skin. So try to sit maximum time in normal room temperature
