The École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat is a public scientific, cultural and professional (EPSCP) under supervision of the Minister for Ecology, Energy Sustainable Development and the Sea (MEEDDM), authorized by the Commission since 1972 of Title ‘Engineer (CTI) to award the degree in engineering from the École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat.

École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat trains general practitioners in all fields of development and sustainable development of buildings, public works, transport, environment, urban planning, urban policy, risk management …

The school offers a wide range of lessons. École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat gives each student the opportunity to build a customized curriculum. With additional training, specialization is possible. The student is encouraged to build their single training project through its choice of courses, its training and the opportunity to engage in a double degree, a first step to gain autonomy and responsibility.

Mission
The main tasks ENTPE Education (with four main areas: the city, the environment and the risks, buildings and structures, transportation and infrastructure) and Research.
