The École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse is a public school of engineering in three years, supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research graduates each year 150 engineers in the fields of agronomy, food processing, agro -industries and the environment. The École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse also provides engineering training through apprenticeship.
The École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse is accredited to award an engineering degree by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur ( CTI ) and 150 engineers graduate each year in the fields of agronomy, food processing, agro-industries and the environment.
Founded in 1909 by Paul Sabatier, Nobel Prize in Chemistry, Agricultural Institute of Toulouse moved Avenue de Muret in 1948 and became the Ecole Nationale Superieure Agronomique de Toulouse.
In the early 60′s, the school has trained over 300 engineers. In 1964, 44 graduates hold the title of agricultural engineer. In 1970, the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse participated in the creation of the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, and with ENSEEIHT ENSIACET.
In the 80′s, École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse with other institutions of the agro-based veto Toulouse one of the first complex of research and teaching agro-veterinary French: Agromip. The 90 are those of a turning point: his entry into the world of the 21st century agro for the preparation of his reconstruction on Agrobiopole Toulouse-Auzeville. On 1 January 1998, the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse implanted in the heart of Toulouse-Auzeville Agrobiopole.
