The École nationale vétérinaire d’Alfort (National Veterinary School of Alfort) is a school of veterinary medicine located at 7, avenue du Général de Gaulle, Maisons-Alfort, Val-de-Marne, ÃŽle-de-France, France. École Nationale Vétérinaire d’Alfort is operated under the French Ministry of the Agriculture and Fisheries. The school was founded in 1765 by anatomist Honoré Fragonard (1732–1799) and moved to its current location in 1766.

The school was established in 1766 in the small hamlet of Alfort, two leagues from Paris. During his two and a half centuries of existence, it has developed on 11 acres that formed its original site and is now in the heart of the town of Maisons-Alfort (Val-de-Marne).
