Introduction: The report gives an insight into the existing policies and practices that IndianOil Corporation uses to measure Employee Satisfaction. The study focuses on all the departments and workstations such as Materials, Finance, Personnel, Administration, Laboratory, DCS Control room, etc., in Guwahati Refinery.
