The Europäische Fachhochschule (EUFH) is a fully accredited college in private ownership in Bruehl by Cologne . Since 2009 there is a second study site in Neuss in Dusseldorf .

Europäische Fachhochschule awards the degrees Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and provides business management, industry-specific dual degree programs in the areas of trade, industry, logistics, finance and investment management, sales engineering, business computer science, construction and general management (training) at. The dual degree program consists of phases theory and practical work at the university, for example, in one of the 500 affiliates of EUFH. During the practice phase, students can either training in the commercial sector, followed by CCI -test or completing various internships. Integral parts of the study are a semester abroad at a university of choice, training in two languages and the teaching of “soft skills” such as cooperation and communication skills and modern presentation techniques.

The Ministry of Science and Research of North Rhine-Westphalia issued on 19 June 2001, the Europäische Fachhochschule, the state recognition, the official opening but Europäische Fachhochschule was only on 13 November of that year. In October, the first dual degree program with 13 years were students ranked in the specialist retail management started.
