Fachhochschule Amberg-Weiden is a young and innovative university that offers students a highly qualified and future-oriented education.
Both high schools will have a lively campus, best equipment and an optimal ratio: 3,000 students are taught by 74 professors and promoted. The College offers four faculties (engineering / environmental engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, industrial engineering, business administration) to a portfolio of 18 courses, the current technical and economic developments taking up. Nationwide unique offerings such as patent engineering study in Amberg as supplemented by renewable energy, plastics engineering, applied computer science, electrical engineering and information technology and media production and media technology. The location of pastures distinguishes itself among other things, medical, commercial and service management or European management. At both locations, there are offers on the consecutive master’s level. The HAW maintains a unique collaboration and partnership with business models that guarantee a direct transfer of knowledge and experience between theory and practice, science and business.
