The Fachhochschule Salzburg existed since 1995. In the academic year 2010/11, it offers 18 courses at two locations. Since August 2005 the college at the sites is Puch and Kuchl consolidated. The sites are located near the train stations and Puch-Urstein Kuchl. Furthermore, the site exists for a connection to the campus Urstein highway and the highway.

The history of Fachhochschule Salzburg degree programs began in 1995 with the “Telecommunication Equipment & Systems” in Salzburg-Itzling and Wood Technology & Management in Kuchl. Over the years, the study offer was gradually increased. GETTING 1996 “MultiMediaArt” was added, then 1998, “Information Technology & Management”. In the summer of 1998 moved the college’s programs in the building complex in the TechnoZ Schiller Straße 30, Salzburg.

Fachhochschule Salzburg

In autumn 1999, the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce took over the FHS as sole shareholder. The first time there is an in-service branch. In 2001, the range to the course “Digital TV & Interactive Services” and “Development and management of tourism offers” has been expanded. 2002 the course “Design & Product Management” in Kuchl.
