Ghana Baptist University College
The Ghana Baptist University College is the newest university college to be established in Ghana. Ghana Baptist University College is located at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region. Ghana Baptist University College establishment in November 2006 was announced by the Ghana Baptist Convention. The university has been granted accreditation by the National Accreditation Board.

Ghana Baptist University College has been formed partly from the Ghana Baptist Seminary at Abuakwa. This institution is already affiliated to the University of Ghana through its Department for the Study of Religions.
