Located in the heart of Paris, close to the Latin Quarter, Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris was founded in 1955, on the spot where Edouard Branly, Professor of Physics at the Institut Catholique de Paris (at 21 rue d’Assas), discovered in 1890 the radioconducteur that would lead to the invention of the radio hosts Institute for that matter, in addition to the laboratories of the ISEP, the Branly Museum .

Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris version has been abandoned since 2009, the word “electronics” is simplistic. The educational project of ISEP is particularly well suited to business needs, needs that are expressed naturally in terms of skills and expertise but also personal qualities and interpersonal skills. The three major current development of the school are the international, entrepreneurship and research.

Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris is now one of its partners prestigious universities worldwide, strongly supports the students motivated entrepreneurship and is part of science projects also involved the establishment of an internationally renowned. ISEP form each year from nearly 200 engineers to about half its own preparatory classes for about half the classes préparatoires and IUT for 10% of them since 2004.
