The Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg (IUIL) under the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg was founded by Grand-Ducal April 22, 1974 and now sits at Castle Munsbach. In Luxembourg, the development of higher learning and in this context, the IUIL serves as an interface between economic and academic worlds and its main mission is training.

The Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg develops continuing education and vocationally intensive and research projects related in synergy with the University of Luxembourg and / or other academic and economic partners from Luxembourg or abroad.

The Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg was created in 1974 as a public utility institution, responsible for organizing a postgraduate education based on its three scientific departments, namely, legal studies, political economy and education and European research.
