Koforidua Polytechnic, though one of the new polytechnics in the country, has made commendable strides in achieving the objectives of establishing the polytechnic institutions in Ghana. With the objectives of establishing the polytechnic clearly in focus, Koforidua Polytechnic has established itself through the motto: “Technology for Development” .

Library
The Koforidua Polytechnic library came into being with the establishment of the Polytechnic in 1997 but a professional librarian was employed to man the library in 1999. Currently, the library has a staff strength of ten including head of the library.
