The university offers various courses:
Common Law Admission Test: Admission to the First Year of the 5-year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme is made strictly on merit, based on a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be conducted on the 11th of May 2008 at different centres across the country.
Eligibility and Admission Procedure:
To be eligible for the admission into bachelor’s programme, a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination securing 50% of marks in the aggregate.
Common Law Admission Test: Admission to the LL.M Programme is made strictly on merit, based on a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be conducted on the 11th of May 2008 at different centres across the country.
Eligibility
A candidate with LL.B./B.L. degree or equivalent degree from any University with 55% of marks is eligible to apply for LL.M.. The maximum intake will be 60 subject to SC (15%), ST (7.5%) and disability (3%) reservations.
One Year M.Phil. (Master of Philosophy) Degree Programme Law
Eligibility
The candidate shall have an LL.M. Degree either from NALSAR or from any other recognised University, securing not less than ‘B+’ grade or an aggregate of 55% marks or its equivalent.
Admission Procedure
The admission shall be based on merit as determined on the performance of the candidates, at the interview and presentation of research proposal, to the Admission Committee constituted by the Vice-Chancellor for the purpose.
