- For oily hair try washing your scalp with a gentle shampoo and use a light conditioner on the length on a daily basis.
- For curly hair you have to be very gentle. Let your hair air dry if you live in a warmer arid climate. Use a blow dryer on medium to low with a diffuser if you live a cooler more humid climate. Comb out tangles in the shower while you still have conditioner in your hair.
- For dry hair try these tips. Do not dry your hair all the way, it tends to dry it out more. Use coconut, avocado, or jojoba oil overnight as a deep conditioning treatment.
- Eat a balanced diet. Getting all the vitamins and sufficient protein will ensure that your body produces the healthiest hair possible. Vitamins sold at drugstores can also help increase growth.
- Zinc is a very good supplement for reducing redness, pigmentation.
- Vitamin B9 controls pigmentation.
- Eat lost of fruits, vegetable rich in proteins & vitamins, soya milk, etc.
- Warm Therapy: Take Warm Water + Epson Salt + Soak your feet in it. This will help in pedicure.
- Hair Spa Home Treatment:
1 egg + 1 tablespoon of castor oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey and glycerine. Mix these & apply the mask for 1 hour. Wear a plastic shower cap. Then wash the hair with mild shampoo.
