3) Write down the probable qualities that are important and needed for the job in focus and list your qualifications, credentials & attainments to match them. This exercise can boost your confidence to a great extent.
4) Realise that no one can be perfect and cent per cent sure on all aspects of an interview.
5) Keep yourself physically and mentally fit for the occasion. Proper nutrition and sufficient rest are important.
6) Generally, people excel when under pressure if they use the pressure situation as a motivating factor to bring out their full capability.
7) Support, help and encouragement from family & friends is always a great comfort.
