What to do before sunbathing/Swimming?

- Use mild, soap-free, pH 5.5 skin cleansers for washing or showering together with water of 32 – 35°C, rinse the foam off thoroughly
- Choose the adequate SPF according to skin type, UV-intensity and exposure time
- A high SPF factor doesn’t mean all day long. Go into the shade when the protection time of your sun screen runs out
- Apply sun-cream or sun-lotion at least 15 – 20 minutes before you go out into the sun
- Apply make-up only after the sun-care has been completely absorbed by the skin
- Don’t use perfume – it may cause skin reactions on skin contact (perfumed cosmetic products of superior quality are usually safe)
