The Ministry of Economy, Planning and Land Management (MINEPAT) organized a panel discussion on the strategy for growth and employment (SCE) 1 June 2011 at the University of Douala.

The debates, moderated by Prof. Blaise Mukoko Vice-Rector for Education, Professionalisation and Development of ICT (VREPDTIC) – were led by a team of MINEPAT, led by the Director General of Cooperation and Integration the regional department.

In his welcoming remarks, the VREPDTIC, on behalf of Prof. Bruno Bekolo Ebe, Rector of the Institution, thanked MINEPAT choosing first the University of Douala to start this series of conferences which will continue through other universities in Cameroon on the theme that is evocative SCE. The aim of these conferences is to mobilize all the forces of the country on the key role that planning plays in the politics of economic development of Cameroon.
