Université de Rouen is a French university, in the Academy of Rouen. Training, innovation, professional. Established for nearly 40 years in the heart of Normandy, the Seine,  Université de Rouen meets these objectives with three missions: to adapt its training to the socio-economic, work on research topics of the future , increase its openness to the world, welcome and support the best its approximately 25,000 students.
