Université de Technologie de Compiegne or UTC is an engineering institution located in Compiègne, France. It is administered by the Academy of Amiens. UTC is the first of the group of so-called “Universités de Technologie” (“Universities of Technology”).
The teaching model is a mix between North-American and French traditions: student select their classes, which are complemented by assisted classwork (French: Travaux Dirigés) and applied labwork (French: Travaux Pratiques).
An engineering school era post-bac, an international school age, two clusters with a global, nearly 18,000 graduates, average length of job search: 1.1 months … so many figures, tables and labels making UTC a recognized school to interact with the business world and facilitate the employability of its students. The University of Technology of Compiègne was founded in 1972 by Guy Deniélou.
