Universiteti UFO - Universitas Fabrefacta Optima is a private institution, independent and secular higher education. Licensed in April of 2004, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, he opened the doors in the academic year 2004-2005, with the first course of studies in Department of Stomatology, with about a hundred students.

A year later, this institution offered undergraduate degrees and branches, Pharmacy, Architecture, Legal Science, Political Science. During this academic year (2005-2006) attended six undergraduate students.

Universiteti UFO In environments Universities are located two libraries that serve and study halls for students. They saved files with titles university books and art publications. UFO Library building at University Boulevard Zogu I, which serves as a study hall has filed 540 titles of books, scholarly books, fiction and magazines.
